FAQs

1 / What is neurodivergent coaching?

Neurodivergent coaching is a collaborative space to better understand yourself, work with your brain rather than against it, and explore practical ways forward. Coaching can support areas such as executive functioning, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, boundaries, burnout, work and navigating change.

2 / Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. You don't need a formal diagnosis to access coaching. I work with people who are diagnosed, self-identify as neurodivergent, are exploring their neurodivergence, or are considering whether seeking a diagnosis feels right for them.

3 / What can we work on in coaching?

Coaching is shaped around you and what matters to you. We might work on understanding your brain, emotional regulation, overwhelm, executive functioning, routines, confidence, communication, relationships, boundaries, burnout, work, career, leadership or navigating change and transitions.

4 / How does coaching differ from therapy and counselling?

Coaching and therapy or counselling are different forms of support, although they can complement each other. Coaching generally focuses on your present situation, what you want to change or work towards, and exploring practical ways forward. Therapy and counselling may explore emotional difficulties, mental health, past experiences and their impact in greater depth. Coaching isn't a replacement for therapy or counselling where that support is needed.

5 / How does the complimentary consultation work?

The 30-minute consultation is a relaxed opportunity to meet me, talk about what you're looking for and ask any questions you have. We'll explore whether coaching feels like the right fit for you and what working together could look like. There's no pressure to commit.

6 / How much does coaching cost?

Coaching is tailored to your needs, so costs can vary depending on factors such as session length and frequency. We'll discuss options and pricing during your consultation so you can decide what feels right for you.
