Coaching & Support

Work with your brain, not against it.

Sometimes the problem isn't that you aren't trying hard enough. It's that you've been trying to navigate a world that doesn't always make sense for the way your brain works. Mindable offers neuroaffirmative coaching for neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autistic and AuDHD people, as well as those exploring their neurodivergence or considering diagnosis. Coaching can also be helpful if you're questioning whether you might be neurodivergent or simply recognise yourself in the experiences we explore. This isn't about fixing, changing or "overcoming" who you are. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, working with your brain rather than against it, and finding ways forward that actually fit your life.

What can we work on?

Coaching is shaped around you, but we might explore:

  • Understanding your brain, needs & experiences

  • Emotional regulation, overwhelm & stress

  • Executive functioning, organisation & routines

  • Communication, relationships & boundaries

  • Confidence, self-awareness & self-trust

  • Burnout, energy & sustainable wellbeing

  • Work, career & leadership

  • Change, transitions & navigating what's next

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. That's part of what the coaching space is for.

More ways to connect

I'm also developing group coaching, workshops and community spaces for neurodivergent people who want to connect, access support and spend time in spaces where they don't have to explain or justify every part of themselves.

Future groups may bring together people with shared aspects of identity or experience, including neurodivergent women, neurodivergent people from Global Majority backgrounds, and neurodivergent leaders and business owners. These spaces will offer opportunities for connection, shared experience, practical support, reflection and community, with an intersectional approach that recognises the different ways our identities can shape how we experience the world.
